You can use the app to manage your routines, plan your schedule, and organize your daily tasks in a clear and user-friendly manner.

The app is designed to enhance productivity and keep track of completed and pending activities.

You have the option to easily set single or recurring alarms for your tasks, complete with a snooze function and customizable ringtone, ensuring that you never miss an important reminder.

The app categorizes tasks based on their respective time periods and highlights them in different colors (such as overdue, today, tomorrow, later, and no time). You can also filter tasks based on their time period.

In addition, completed tasks are distinguished with specific colors and text styles.

Furthermore, you can categorize tasks into different lists, each identified by a unique color. You also have the ability to disable lists for archiving purposes.

The app allows you to synchronize your tasks online with Google Tasks.

Add notes, memos, or reminders:

Add a task as a note without specifying a date or time.
Add a task with only a date and no specific time.
Add a task with both a date and time.
Toggle the alarm on or off for each task.

You can customize alarm settings from within the app's settings:

Enable the option to have alarms even in silent mode.
Enable vibration for alarms.
Adjust the alarm sound level and duration.

Customize alarms for each individual task:

Enable full-screen alarms.
Set snooze intervals and count for alarms.
Select a custom ringtone for each task.

Set alarm repetition:

Select specific weekdays for alarm repetition.
Set periodic repetition at specific intervals of years, months, weeks, days, hours, or even minutes.

Group your activities into lists:

Create lists to categorize different tasks.
Use various colors to identify different lists.
Clone, edit, delete, or share lists.
Disable lists to archive them.

Easily manage your tasks:

Add tasks by using voice commands.
Enable the quick task bar for efficient task entry.
Add multiple tasks by saving each line as a separate task.
Long press to select multiple tasks and perform actions such as moving them to a new or existing list, sharing them, or marking them as completed or deleted in one go.
You can delete all tasks in a selected list and time period with a single click.

Filter tasks based on lists, time periods, or their status.
Browse all your tasks in a single list mode.

Track your activities:

Enable the status bar to keep track of the number of today's tasks and overdue tasks.

Search and sort app content:

Search for specific tasks or lists.
Sort lists and tasks based on time, alphabetical order, creation time, modification time, or color.
Drag and drop lists to customize their order.

Customize the app's theme and appearance:

Select from blue, white, or dark themes (night mode).
Adjust the number of displayed lines for each task.
Modify the text size of tasks.
Select English or the default language of your phone as the app's default language.

Adjust the view options:

View your lists and tasks in list or grid format.
Navigate lists using vertical small tabs or a list view.

Add the app widget to your phone's home screen:

Customize the widget to display specific lists, overdue tasks, today's tasks, tomorrow's tasks, later tasks, or all period tasks.
Group tasks under each period's title within the widget.
